Not at all! Although our name reflects our passion for weddings, our venue was designed to accommodate many different types of events. Whether you're planning an elegant wedding, a professional corporate meeting, or a memorable family celebration, our team is here to help make your event stress-free and unforgettable.

Where is The Veil Wedding Loft located?

We're located in the heart of Historic Downtown Redlands, California, making us a convenient destination for guests traveling from throughout the Inland Empire and Southern California.

​

Is your venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes! Our venue is wheelchair accessible, including elevator access to our second-floor event space, so guests of all ages and mobility levels can comfortably enjoy your event.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes! There are multiple public parking lots and street parking options within walking distance of the venue. We also provide parking information that you can easily share with your guests before your event.

Booking & Availability

How far in advance should we book?

For weddings, we recommend booking 6–18 months in advance, especially if you're interested in a spring or fall Saturday. Corporate events and private parties often have more flexibility, so don't hesitate to contact us—even if your event is just a few weeks away.

​

How do we reserve our date?

After your venue tour, we'll send you an online contract and invoice for your initial reservation payment. Once both are completed, your date is officially reserved.

​

Can we place a temporary hold on a date?

Depending on availability and demand, we may be able to offer a short courtesy hold while you finalize your plans. Contact us to discuss your event.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We offer flexible payment schedules to make budgeting easier. We'll review your payment schedule during the booking process.

​

Are there any hidden fees?

No. We believe in transparent pricing. During your consultation, we'll explain exactly what's included, discuss any optional upgrades, and review any required fees so there are no surprises.

Can we schedule a venue tour?

How long does a venue tour take?

Most tours last approximately 45–60 minutes, depending on your questions and how much you'd like to discuss.

Can we bring family or friends?

Of course! Many couples and event hosts bring family members, business partners, or friends to help make their decision.

Can we have both our ceremony and reception at the venue?

Yes! One of the biggest advantages of The Veil Wedding Loft is having your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one beautiful location without requiring guests to travel between venues.

Can guests RSVP online?

Absolutely! Our online RSVP portal allows guests to respond, select meal choices (when applicable), and receive important event updates.

Can guests book nearby hotels through your website?

Yes! We've proudly hosted multiple pharmaceutical meetings and educational events. Our professional atmosphere, central location, flexible floor plans, and responsive team make us an excellent choice for pharmaceutical representatives and healthcare organizations.

Can nonprofit organizations host fundraising events?

Absolutely! We've hosted fundraising dinners, auctions, galas, and community events for nonprofit organizations throughout the Inland Empire.

Can you accommodate presentations and training sessions?

Yes! We can configure the venue for classroom seating, banquet seating, theater-style presentations, networking events, and more.

Can I rent the venue for a private party?

What's Included

What is included with our venue rental?

Every event package is a little different, but depending on the package you choose, your rental may include:

• Ceremony and reception spaces (for weddings)

• Tables and chairs

• Premium linens

• Professional setup and teardown

• Day-of coordination (with eligible packages)

• Wedding planning resources and guidance

• Complimentary ceremony rehearsal (with eligible wedding packages)

• Access to our online wedding website and RSVP portal (with eligible packages)

We'll review everything that's included during your venue tour so you'll know exactly what to expect before booking.

Do you set everything up?

Yes! Our staff handles setup and teardown so you can focus on enjoying your event rather than moving tables and decorating.

Do you provide linens?

Yes! Premium linens are included with many of our packages.

​

Vendors & Catering

​

Can we bring our own vendors?

Yes! We're more than happy to work with many of your preferred vendors. Certain services, such as bartending, must be provided by approved vendors to ensure compliance with licensing and insurance requirements.

Why do vendors need to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?

A Certificate of Insurance helps protect you, your guests, your vendors, and the venue by confirming that vendors carry appropriate liability insurance while working at your event.

​

Can we bring our own alcohol?

No. Alcohol service must be provided by one of our approved licensed bartending partners to comply with California regulations and ensure a safe experience for everyone.

Can we choose our own caterer?

Yes! We work with many excellent caterers and are happy to discuss your options during your consultation.

Event Day

Can we decorate ourselves?

Absolutely! You're welcome to personalize the venue within our decoration guidelines.

When can we begin decorating?

Your decorating time depends on your package and event schedule. We'll review your timeline well before your event so you know exactly when you can begin setup.

Can we use real candles?

Yes! Unlike many venues, we allow real candles when they meet our safety guidelines.

Are pets allowed?

What happens if our guest count changes?

We'll work with you to accommodate changes whenever possible. Final guest count deadlines help us ensure your event is planned accurately and runs smoothly.

Our cancellation policy is outlined in your venue agreement. We'll review it with you before booking so you fully understand the terms.

Can we reschedule our event?
